How can I stay away from sugar?

I was told that the closer I can stay to 0 grams of sugar a day, the flatter my belly will be. We'll that seems IMPOSSIBLE do to the fact that all fruits have sugar. I just ate a banana and it was 28 grams of sugar. Like soda. Wth? What am I supposed to eat? I just want my gut to GO AWAY! This is so frustrating

Other than being impossible as there's sugar in everything. It's nonsense sugar does not effect your belly any more than any other foods. Exercise and eat a balanced diet

I have the opposite problem. I rarely meet my sugar macros. I have found that if you just tough it out for a couple weeks by cutting back, your body gets used to it and stops craving it so much. My issue is with salt. I don't care too much about sugar, but I LOVE anything salty. My sodium intake is ridiculous some days.

Sugar isn't your enemy. Fat is often the last place women lose from. It's just fact. Whoever told you that sugar is why you don't have a flat stomach is an idiot.

Do you have diabetes or another health issue that would make you want to avoid sugar?

People mean well but their well meaning will never account for the facts behind weight loss. If you don't like sugar then cut down on it but good luck in trying to eliminate it. Overeating food is the cause of being overweight. Cut down on your food enough to start losing weight, make sure you are hydrated, and toss in some exercise. Practice and Patience!
  • Thank u everyone again for ur advise. No problem with sugar just thought it was worse than fat but I'm starting to get it now lol
