Anyone doing Keto with High Cholesterol? I was told that I have high cholesterol and am worried about doing this diet with all the fat. My macros are set at 75f/5c/20p. If you do have high cholesterol and have been doing this diet have you lowered your #'s at all or what has happened to your #'s?

Net Carbs?+ going over protein
I've been eating Quest bars a few times which puts me way over my less than 20g of carbs but after deducting the fiber I am good if looking at Net Carbs. Goal% carbs fat protein
I feel like I'm stalling and I keep messing with my goals. Currently I'm at 1200 calories, 5% carbs, 25% protein 70% fat. Does this sound okay? I exercise and do not eat calories back or very little calories back. I have myself set at lightly active, I measure my food, etc. thoughts?

Exercise- carb loading
Do you exercise? I'm trying to do 20g of carbs and under pet day. If I decide to go to the gym or take a 3 mile walk do I need to eat carbs before hand? I assume I do. How much though when on a low carb diet?

Muscle Soreness
I went to the gym for the first time in a long time on Monday and participated in a strength class (working everything). I was so sore yesterday (Tuesday) that I decided just to do a 2 mile walk. Today, I am still sore. Do I do another walk or do I get back to a class and just work through the soreness/pain?
