money reward
does anybody do the money reward for weight loss? you put a dollar in a jar each time u work out? how do u do it? do u have the money ahead of time and reward yourself as u do it, or do u keep track of how much u do and pay yourself like every Friday or something? I have some good ideas for my reward money :)

my husband is tryin to lose weight now as well. YAY. problem is he drives a truck for a living so he cant heat anything up or anything. anybody got any ideas of what I could pack him for lunch that would b healthy? he is eating sandwhiches everyday. he is VERY over weight and a salad just wont hold him off :( TIA

I drink a smoothie everyday for breakfast. :) but I been drinkin the same ones and I want to mix it up before I get burnt out on them.
