breakfast smoothies

I drink a smoothie everyday for breakfast. :) but I been drinkin the same ones and I want to mix it up before I get burnt out on them. I LOVE green smoothies. they are my fav. does anybody have any smoothie recipes they could spare? don't have to be green, just prefer it that way. thanks in advance

    Dymatize - Elite Gourmet Swiss Chocolate, 1 scoop 140 9 3 1 3 21
    Bananas - Raw, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) 105 27 0 0 3 1
    Blue Diamond - Almond Milk Plain, 0.5 cup (8 oz) 30 4 1 0 1 1
    Nuts 'n More - Peanut Butter, 2 tbsp 188 6 12 1 5 14
    Fage Yogurt - Yogurt, Greek, 2% (Fage), 0.25 cup 43 2 1 1 0 6

    These two are my favorites right now.

    Dymatize Whey Protein Gourmet Vanilla 1 scoop
    Oatmeal ( I grind it to a powder) 20g
    Frozen Mixed Fruit 1 cup
    Yogurt 113.5g
    Water 1 cup

    Orange Juice 1/2cup
    Yogurt 113.5g
    Water 1 cup

    You can leave out the oatmeal since it does make it >40% carbs. I add it because it makes me feel fuller.

    This is what I have in the morning its a Jason Vale recipe it needs a juicer as well as a blender.


    1/2 Advocado
    1/4 Cucumber
    Half Pineapple
    4 Golden Delicious Apples
    Handfull of baby spinach
    1 Stick of celery
    1/4 Line (take the skin off)

    Juice cucumber, 3 1/2 apples, pineapple, spinach, celery and lime.

    Put the flesh of the avocado the 1/2 apple and a handful of ice in the blender with juice from above and blend for 45 seconds.

    Now I am the BIGGEST salad dodger I really do not eat veg but this tastes really nice.

    I love to add pineapple and ginger to almost all smoothies....usually just fruits and water....sometimes oatmeal....
    But ginger just tastes amazing in smoothies, I think!!
    I love spinach, ginger, pineapple, banana....it's really good.

    100ml coconut water

    Blend... drink..... then get ready to be going for a poop all day.

    But at least you will get cleaned out
