I watch extreme weight loss and i know chris poweel is big on carb cycling.and uses that for his contestants on the show..so i read up on it thpught id give it a try to day is my first day..has anyone else tried this if so menu plans is always welcome :-)

discouraged
ok so i know the weight aint gonna fall off over night but its so hard not to get discouraged...i started zumba 3 weeks ago..and i make sure i exercise on the days there is no class..so i zumba in class 3 days a week for 60 to 70 min and then i try to do 20 to 30 min here at home of the zumba so im exercising 6 days a week…

anyone have any remedies to share for soreness after a workout..i tried Epsom salt and lavender soak it didnt work as well as i would have like it to

stiffness
ok i recently joined zumba for the first time..and when i went to do some of the moves i noticed i am so stiff specially in my lower back and hip area..any suggestions on helpin me to become more limber and less stiff?

hysterectomy make it tougher?
just wondering if any one has had hysterectomy and if so has losing weight been harder to do? i also have no thyroid so thats makes it more challenging
