anyone have any remedies to share for soreness after a workout..i tried Epsom salt and lavender soak it didnt work as well as i would have like it to

Try keeping up your potassium pre workout, it will help you maintain more water. Apart from that, stretch out really well after your workout, as it will help circulate some of the lactic acid rather than it all gathering in your muscles.0
