stiffness

ok i recently joined zumba for the first time..and when i went to do some of the moves i noticed i am so stiff specially in my lower back and hip area..any suggestions on helpin me to become more limber and less stiff?

    Lots of stretching, especially before and after your class

    Agreed, more stretching but also just keep at it! After a while your body will get used to the moves and you'll notice that you're less stiff!
