Lost motivation - Now I'm back
Hi Folks, I lost 38lb in 10 weeks but a month ago I lost a bit of motivation after hitting a plateu. I've still been going to the gym on and off and my diet hasn't been awfull. Hi! I did my 4 month challenge last weekend which was to walk up Snowdon (at my weight of 147KG it was tough!!) and I have been suffering with thigh and Calf pain. Its a worry because I don't think I can train at the moment because it is hard to walk yet alone run. Any idea's on recovery tips? Thanks all!

Does anyone use Maximuscle Thermobol at all? I want to give my metabolism a bit of boost and took my first tablet this morning and I have got a bit off a weird sensation in my stomach, is this a normal reaction?

HRM Chest straps
Really strange question but does anyone have a HRM that has a chest strap? If so are they elastic straps or fabric? I don't want to buy one to find out the strap doesn't fit! I have a 52" chest and don't want it to snap or even worse not fit at all and waste my money.

Can you exercise too much?
I've been on my "diet" for the last 46 days and have lost 20lb so far, so I shouldn't really complain....but! My SO is following weight watchers and has lost 30lb in the same period of time.
