Hi!
I did my 4 month challenge last weekend which was to walk up Snowdon (at my weight of 147KG it was tough!!) and I have been suffering with thigh and Calf pain. Its a worry because I don't think I can train at the moment because it is hard to walk yet alone run.
Any idea's on recovery tips?
