Switched from Moderately Active to Sedentary
I recently got a new position and it meant having a less active day. Making the switch to Sedentary and dropping 200 calories a day has been so difficult! I get so hungry between meals. Did anyone else have a problem like this?

Eating on the go
My job includes a lot of local travel, so I spend a lot of time in my car and office buildings that are not mine. I try and bring veggies, fruit, or granola bars so I can avoid the fast food places, but that gets super boring after a while. What are your favorite healthy on the go snacks??

Tummy Flab
When I gain weight, I tend to gain pretty evenly. But then when I lose weight, I tend to lose everywhere except my boobs (not too upset about that) and stomach area.
