I recently got a new position and it meant having a less active day. Making the switch to Sedentary and dropping 200 calories a day has been so difficult! I get so hungry between meals. Did anyone else have a problem like this?

Are you active in your off time? You can move more in your off time to compensate

Get a Fitbit. Those 200 calories won't be hard to make up. If you make an effort, you'll get the 200 calories back before you leave work.

I have a desk job and even without deliberate exercise I am light active...most people aren't truly sedentary. That said, giving up a mere 200 calories per day wouldn't be a tremendous burden for me...basically one of my snacks.

1400 to 1200 is a lot harder than say 2600-2400.

    I agree with moving more.
