Tummy Flab

When I gain weight, I tend to gain pretty evenly. But then when I lose weight, I tend to lose everywhere except my boobs (not too upset about that) and stomach area. Even when I do a total body cardio workout and toning exercises, I can't seem to get rid of the tummy flab. Anyone have tips for boosting fat burn in that area?

    Bottom line: Calorie deficit. And no, you can't spot reduce.

    While you can't spot reduce and need to be patient, I would highly suggest with only 25 lbs to lose, that you set your deficit at 1 lb per week, eat around 50% of your exercise calories, change macro's to incorporate more protein (around 40% carbs, 30% protein and 30% fats) and concentrate more on weight training or resistance training to increase the amount of muscle you retain. Doing this will improve composition and visual changes.
