StrongLifts 5x5 - Starting Weight?
Another generic post on this topic, undoubtedly, but I want to start lifting. I'm 5'9" and around 205lbs, I know what exercises to do but I quite frankly have no idea what weight to start on. I know it's largely down to personal strength, though out of interest: what worked best for you?

Is this a good deal?
http://www.musclefood.com/superleanstack/ £75 seems like a lot of money, though I'm wondering if it's worth it for the amount of meat provided considering I'm on a high protein diet and hitting strength training in order to lose weight a lot harder.

Two and a half weeks progress!
I know this is a poopy time frame. Yeah it's been literally like 18 days of eating *better*, not fantastic, and going to the gym 3/4 times this week and getting pretty mean calorie burns. I've done some hard cardio and a decent whack of strength training, my legs felt like they were going to snap off and go on vacation,…

Nerdcake, newb-lifter Brit gal seeks frieeends.
Here we go again, again. Yes yes, hello one, hello all, I am Ange and this is my 348348th time trying to lose weight. Well, no, more like my 4th fruitless attempt to shed this puppy fat and unveil the lean mean squatting machine that I was destined to be. With the corny introduction out the way, I'll set the dealio…

(5'8"+) Ladies that started at 200lbs!
Hello ladies (and gents, we love you, but I can't relate my jiggle to yours; no titties, no service!), I'm 5'9" and 200lbs. I'm looking for some inspiration, so post me up your stories and pictures of your losses, tell me about where you are now, how you got there and what life's like below the 200's! Friend request me if…

I failed.
I failed, put a lot of weight on and stopped running. Back to it now ladies (and gents) and I'm stuck on week 2 again. I swear to God I'll get onto week 4 eventually, but man I was pooped just from running for 90 seconds again. So frustrated, but definitely getting back on track.

Progression!
Woohoo, though I've only lost a pound so far, I can definitely see the definition beginning in my body. I've got a new tightness in my legs, my soon-to-be steely buns and my abdomen. Think I'm definitely losing the bloated look I had previously just by sticking to my macros and eating a lot cleaner. It's not a great…

Need supportive friends.
Ola, 5'9" munchaholic girly here who needs to stop secret eating and overindulging on 'healthy' treat foods. I'm a sucker for carbs, and my dairy's open for you to have a look at my pretty awful past week or so. I really just need friends to give me a firm kick up the *kitten* and some support through this process, also…

Best Booty Workouts, GO!
I want some glistening Brazilian buns capable of bending steel and bringing civilization to its collaborative knees. The Godzilla of *kitten*, the Liam Neeson of glutes, the Death Star's superlaser of booty bounce. Do this for me, and you will be rewarded handsomely. With my future fantastic badonkadonk.

Macros / Food Ideas?
Hello! MFP new-newcomer here. I've read up quite a bit about macros and was wondering if mine are set right? I'm going to be embarking on C25K and StrongLifts next week, and want to be prepared well enough for lifting as well as eating enough to lose weight. I'm set on 1200 currently as I want to lose around 2lbs a week if…

Caved and bought a FitBit One!
I finally did it. I crowbarred open my purse and plucked out the notes with a pair of pliers. £59.99! It looks like a magical piece of kit, I figured it'd be much more accurate than going off the machines, though I don't particularly understand how it works when it's clipped to your torso for things such as seated biking…
