Shield your eyeballs!



I'm Ange, I'm 19 years old, 205 lbs and 5'9.5", my BMI is 30.3 and I'm currently overweight.
My measurements are as follows:
36” waist
45.5” hips
42” chest
28” left / 28” right thigh
17” left / 17” right calf
14” left / 14” right bicep
And on the scales and under the tape, I weigh up similar to the lovely Denise Bidot (http://www.ceramictattooart.com/images/Denise_Bidot14.jpg!)
I'm far less delightful than she, and as it stands I'm looking to make a positive change to my body. I've been here too many times wanting and never succeeding to go far with an active lifestyle and weight loss, so this is my first big step towards a new beginning. I'm currently easing back into the gym and starting the 5x5 StrongLifts program alongside C25K and other cardio exercises (elliptical / cross trainer / biking and rowing) at my local gym. I do the occasional Boxercise class on Mondays and Fridays and I'm going to find some time to do some gentle yoga. Eating clean, training mean. I'm going to try my very best!
Posting these pictures was hard, taking them even harder, but I plan on photo documenting every step of this journey no matter how horrified with myself it makes me feel. I'm looking for friends on here to help motivate me along and steer me in the right direction. I don't profess to be an expert in any way, and I'm very much looking for wings to bench under and other fellow ladies and gents to help along.
I like long walks in the park, fluffy animals and devouring souls.
I'm also an outrageous gaming geek.
My goal weight is 160lbs, that's a whole 20 kilos away. Help me get there!

5'9!!! I'm jealous, you got 9 inches on me and who wouldn't love some 9 inches? I applaud you for taking AND posting your pics.
