Two and a half weeks progress!

I know this is a poopy time frame. Yeah it's been literally like 18 days of eating *better*, not fantastic, and going to the gym 3/4 times this week and getting pretty mean calorie burns. I've done some hard cardio and a decent whack of strength training, my legs felt like they were going to snap off and go on vacation, but I've got results. This is my progress so far and I'm pleased as punch, I haven't weighed myself yet but I'm just really delighted I decided to give this another go towards a happier and healthier life.

I know it's not much, but it's me.

    Wow great job! Questions: Why haven't you weighed yourself? When I started I didn't weigh myself because I just didn't war to see. I figured I'd do it when I felt I lost some weight and the number would be less scary.

    I'm just saying..Now is the time to weigh!

    Weighed in, 3 pounds down! Very pleased with myself. You're right, I was being silly being afraid of the scales, I was just petrified the number wouldn't reflect what I was seeing.
