Visiting Flint Mi, where to eat paleo?
So I'm heading there to visit family in a couple weeks and they're all excited to show me beautiful Michigan and the great food. Except the great food they're talking about is giant sandwiches, french fries and milkshakes (I'm paleo so no milk or cheese). Are there no other real food restaurants in Flint and within 50…

One year of eating paleo
Initially a choice to lose some weight, this WOE has changed my life. Why do you snack?
I'm not much of a snacker ... a handful of nuts once in a while, usually if skipping lunch because I'm busy. Snack food is big business for convenience and food companies, so they encourage it, I guess. Some people schedule snacks throughout the day in their diary including before bed. This I don't get, so just wondering…
