Why have I put weight on?
Im eating at a calorie deficit so why have I put weight on? Im full of cold too but still managed to do a bit of exercise.

motivation at an all time low...
full of cold and feeling like reaching for the comfort food. I know Ill only feel worse if I do though. How do you battle on with a cold.

dont know what just happened!
Went in the kitchen to decide what to cook for tea tonight and ended up eating. A bar of chocolate, a packet of crisps, a chocolate belgium waffle...why? Feel like Im going back to square one.

Feels impossible!

nuts!
What are the best nuts for fiber and calories but not too high fat wise? Are nuts better straight from a tree than from a bag in a shop? Was shocked at how much fat is in walnut halves.

I know this is very strange for anybody to understand but I feel the need to type this. I just ate a Spinach leaf! I've never had one before and with my Picky eating habits it feels like a massive achievement. Yay me. lol Hopefully it is the first step of many in changing my habits.

how do i get more fiber in my diet?
I have numerous problems with food. There are very few foods I can actually eat. Hence always being below calories. I am trying to up my calories by having a juice or soup. However having fruit and veg this way reduces the amount of fiber. Any ideas?

not having enough calories but too much sugar...
Not sure how to have more calories but less sugar. Im lucky if I manage to have 1000 a day but my sugar level is over recommended levels. I dont have crisps cake or chocolate or ice cream. My downfall is homemade juice.

On the water consumption section how many cups is 0.5l classed as? Or in other words how many litres to a glass?

can housework count
I am a mother with three young children I dont have time to exercise in the sense of going to classes or the gym. Im wondering if housework can be classed as exercise? Im always cleaning, tiding, chasing kids etc... would you put that in your diaries?
