This sounds tasty, wonder how bad it is?

SWEET HAWAIIAN CROCK-POT CHICKEN--EASY AND YUMMMY!! 2lb. Chicken tenderloin chunks 1 cup pineapple juice 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup soy sauce Combine all together, cook on low in Crock-pot 6-8 hours...that's it! Done! Serve with brown rice and you have a complete, easy meal. Crock pot is that also known as a casserole dish or slow cooker?

    This sounds really good, and I don't imagine it would be too bad, calorie-wise, as long as you didn't go crazy with serving sizes.

    The only thing to look out for is the high sodium content in the soy sauce, but if having a low sodium day otherwise it will probably balance out.

    I'd probably also add some green bell pepper and onion to it.
