Way overweight.....need motivation to start....
.....can you help? It's temporarily easier to just keep eating....lots of excuses....but, it's out of control.....I need to stop and find a person in my body I have never met before....the thin person (or at least thinner)......really need a kick in the derriere. Help.

New baby...trying to lose weight...
Hello, I just had my 3rd baby (in 4 years) and am trying to lose some of the baby weight. I am nursing so I can`t reduce my caloric intake very much, just have to reign in my pregnancy eating, lol. Anyone out there in the same boat? or have suggestions for me?

Just wondering how everyone feels since they started losing weight. Do you feel frustrated or enlightened? Burdened or Free? Foggy or Clear? Isolated or have you rejoined society? Any other feelings?

Scale Victory - Trampoline
Well, I just had a revelation....I officially now am under the max weight for a backyard trampoline.......wow, I can jump on them "legally" now. Haha.

Chocolate pudding - healthy and satisfying (non-dairy)
I just made a mostly raw and very satisfying chocolate pudding: Recipe 1 avocado 1 banana 1 T cocoa 1 T agave 3 T almond milk Blend all together, separate into 2 dishes. C25K - Week 4 - question
Hi, I on week 4 of the C25K program. When I did day 1 a couple days ago, I did my 3 min runs on 5 mph and my 5 min runs on 4 mph. Today I did all four runs on 5 mph, but i had to stop twice during the second 5 min run because I was just beat. Should I run slower and complete the day's workout, or should I stay on week 4…

Fat g per day/ Is it bad if I don't eat enough??
I am supposed to eat 55 grams of fat per day and most days I am nowhere near that. Is that bad? Should I eat more fat????
