HELP ME FIX MY BOOTY!
I have lost over 50 pounds without exercising (I regret it!) I want to tone and lift my butt. Will squats and walking lunges help me out? I will do these exercises with weights (two 5lb Dumbbells). If you have any other workout suggestions I will be glad to hear you out. Thanks in advance :)

Hello, I want to tone my muscles (not get buff or super muscular) I heard Sl 5x5 is a classic and great program. Can anyone give me a idea of how many reps I should do to define and tone my body? 5'5 - 142 pounds. I am using two 5 pound dumb bells lol please don't judge me I am new to weight lifting.

Am I unproportionate?
Okay I have went from 199 pounds to 142. Little to no exercise. My bust is 36 Waist 29-30 Hips 35-36 I have lost a substantial amount of weight but now I feel insecure because I have a small butt and fat stomach. I am still dieting to go to 130 lbs and I am now toning my muscles. What can I do to look normal? Toned and fit?

What did you lose last when you lost your weight?
At 17 I was 199 pounds and I started to count down my calories for 2 years and now at 19 I am 148 pounds! Wow so proud of myself. I still have belly and back fat though :( my goal is 130 lbs I'm SO SO close but I want to know when will I lose my flabby stomach and back fat? What did you lose last?

Stomach Growling after eating a relatively large meal
I ate a medium sized baked chicken breast cut up with 3 cups of steamed spinach on the side. I was full but a hour later my stomach is growling. I tried to chew some gum but it won't help. I won't eat because it's pass 8pm. Is this normal? Does this happen to you? Should I just ignore it?

At 16 I was 199 pounds now at 19 I'm 154 (and losing) I still have belly and back fat. Yes it's shrunken down but it's still big and flabby. When will I see a flat tummy and no back fat?
