Meal plan ideas....
Give me some examples of what a day of YOUR eating would look like. My biggest problem seems to be there's not enough variety in my diet so I lose interest in eating healthy :( It seems like its always chicken, tuna, salad, veggies and eggs LOL HELP!

I still have about 13 lbs to lose but figured I'd post some progress pics. I have bra and underwear shots as well but not ready to post those quite yet ;) lol I think I see a difference... My husband says he not only sees a difference but he feels a difference when he hugs me :wink:

I had my BMR calculated and I was told I had to consume 1467 calories a day to lose a lb a week. Wow could this be right? On here my calories are 1200 and I usually dont even eat that. My other question is... If I stay within my calories does it matter if its a piece of pizza or chicken? lol

Anyone work out at night? Thats the only time I can get to the gym. When I leave there I am always STARVING but its like 8 pm and too late to eat anything. Anyone else have this happen? Suggestions?
