    5'7: goal wt 132lbs. (realistically, to just maintain 135lb) my body doesnt' like to give up any more lbs so I am not sure I'lla be able to get down to 132lbs

    cw 220, i lost 40lbs over the last 2 years and i wanna continue the trend and get off this plateu i have been on for 6 months, and get down to 195.

    I am also 5'7 and my goal weight is right around 135. I've never been under 133 in my adult life so I didn't want to set unrealistic goals for myself, my parents are both on the thicker side and I was a collegiate athlete (soccer).
