120-125 (to not fluctuate over 125) - just getting back to where I started before kids0 -

I'm a little under 5'7", and I'd like to weigh under 170. (My "ultimate" goal would be around 155-160, but I'm realistic enough to know that it's unlikely, and I'll be plenty happy if I never get that low.)0

I'm 5'7" and my goal weight is 150. That's actually 10 pounds lighter than I was in high school, but within the "healthy" range of BMI for my height. Something somewhere told me it should be 140, but I can't imagine that with my bone structure. Plus I do like my curves.0

I'm 5'9" and I'm trying to shoot for 140.
That seems very thin (to me) Im also 5'9 and would be over the moon to weigh under 180. I'm 195 now, down from 246.
Everyone has a different frame size so I'd think that takes into acct too0
