hi I stick to my calorie goal each day and also burn off an average of 500 calories a day at the gym ,what do I do with these extra calories do I eat them or save them.

pain in the sole of my foot at the heel
hi i have been walking roughly 6 miles every second day now for 8 weeks and it has got to the stage recently when i,m finished and rested for a while i cant put any weight on sole of my right foot. can anyone help as it is very painful and i dont want to give up walking.

i thought that i had a great week until i weighed in this morning to find my weight had stayed the same as last week.i walked about 20 miles over 5 days and ate my allowed calories and most of my exercise calories.could someone tell me if this is right my daily calorie intake is 1850 i am 45 male and weigh 187 pounds .…
