just my second day so could anyone please tell me is it best to use all your daily calories or do you have to stay under to lose the weight .
oh and my name is craig lol.

    I have been staying under...but not sure what the real answer is, I would like to understand this better as well!! Per MFP I am supposed to eat 1500 calories but after working out I am sometimes allowed up to 2000 calories!! This seems like SO MUCH....I am loosing, but I am confused...I am sure to far under is just as bad as over!!

    welcome to MFP .... and good luck on your weight loss journey ..... its okay to be a lil under your allotted calories ... but if you are way under (100 or more) daily thats not good ....... again good luck
