hi all
ive lost 16 lb in 8 weeks and i can see and feel the difference except my man boobs can anyone give me any help with an exercise i could do to fix this.
ps i,m not a member of a gym.

Chest flys (use something else if you don't have weights eg drink bottles), chest presses with free weights and push ups0

Do what she said, chest flys, push ups, etc. Keep at it and have patience - they will be gone eventually.0

I last time I lost weight (5'10", 237 pounds to 169 pounds), my man books were the most frustrating part of the process. But mine didn't go away and actually start to look like pecs until about 185 pounds. And I did not exercise (maybe if I did, they would have disappeared faster).
I don't know where you are start and what your goals are, but this will take time and patience. There is a good chance that they will simply disappear on their own, after enough weight loss.0 -
