Gaining or a fluctuation?
So, last time I weighed I was 104, and today I'm 106, is a 2 pound weight gain possible in a day? I didn't eat excess calories, but could it still happen, or am I just fluctuating?

Oatmeal ideas?
So I'm obsessed with oatmeal right now, I literally eat it EVERY morning, haha. I don't always add anything too it, I love the flavor itself a lot. I really want to try mixing it up though. Does anyone have any ideas?

Need a little advice.
So, I'm trying to maintain now, I just want to make sure my weight is good enough to stop losing. I weigh 103, last time I checked (yesterday). Scared I'm gonna gain?
So, today I ate around 1325, and my net was 994. I think it's too high...will I gain on this, if I eat around this, +/- 100-200 a day? I also am starting Tae Bo, does anybody have any good things to say about it? Mainly, just can I maintain on this, or should I eat a little less?

Tae Bo success stories?
So today I tried a basic Tae Bo video and really, really liked it. It was a lot of moving, fast-paced, fun, etc. I want to start doing it more, as I'm too wussy to run in the cold. Before I make too much of a commitment though, has anyone had success with it?

Two cheat days in a row...really scared.
So yesterday I allowed myself to have some treats, and today I was doing okay, until I binged tonight. I ate SO much peanut butter. I'm so worried. My period is gone?
So, I haven't had my period this month (I usually start 15-18th) and it's just gone, I guess. I'm really kinda concerned, anybody have a clue to what's going on? I know it's TMI, sorry. Also I wasn't sure where to put this, so I just posted it here.

So, I really want to burn more calories and winter KILLS me in terms of outdoor exercising. Does anybody have suggestions on some YouTube channels, websites, apps, or something on TV even that I can do?
