Gaining or a fluctuation?

So, last time I weighed I was 104, and today I'm 106, is a 2 pound weight gain possible in a day? I didn't eat excess calories, but could it still happen, or am I just fluctuating?

Unless you ate 7,000 calories yesterday, it's a fluctuation.0

I can gain or lose 5 pounds in a day more if I do a long run. I really wouldn't worry about two pounds. Watch the trend if in a few days the trend is still upwatrds then maybe it's something at present I would just do what you do0

I used to fluctuate a lot due to bloating. I've been doing a low FODMAP elimination diet and now don't eat foods that don't agree with me and its great to actually measure the fat loss now on the scales.0

I normally wouldn't say this because I don't really look my age either, but you REALLY do not look like you are 18. You look closer to 14-15. Maybe. If I am correct in my guessing, you are going to do some serious damage to your still-maturing body if you do not get help. From reading over your previous posts, it's clear that you are either looking for attention, or you have an eating disorder. For someone so tiny to be so obsessed with their weight is just not healthy physically or mentally. Please get help. Please.0
