Protein Shakes
I just bought myself some new Whey Protein (yummy chocolate) and a protein shaker. My question is, it goes up to I believe 750mL and it says to use water or milk, do you guys use water to mix it, and if so, how many scoops do you put in the whole shaker? Thanks for your help :)

Rice Topping
So I'm having rice for supper tonight as the hubby has flu and I have a craving for rice. I usually have soy sauce on my rice, but even the reduced soy sauce has so much salt in it. Can anyone recommend me something to put on top that is not too high in sodium?

How does that work?

Crappy Day

When you do a good workout of about 500-800 calories burned a day, how many of those burned should you be eating back? Today I have burned 608 calories, i've consumed 1360 and my net is 752,

How long since you first joined the site did you notice any changes? For me, Ive been on this for about 2 weeks and I thought I lost 3 pounds (that was about a week ago). Now I can't seem to lose any. Just curious as to when everyone started noticing changes.

What to do?
I was wondering how many calories I should consume on days that I don't get a chance to go to the gym? MFP says I should have 1710 a day. I try to get to the gym at least 4-5 times a week, but on the days I can't go, I just wanna know what the safest number of calories to consume without having to worry about gaining.

Almost 30 and engaged!
In less than a year now I turn 30 and on New Years Eve I got engaged.
