I just bought myself some new Whey Protein (yummy chocolate) and a protein shaker. My question is, it goes up to I believe 750mL and it says to use water or milk, do you guys use water to mix it, and if so, how many scoops do you put in the whole shaker? Thanks for your help

I use 1 scoop and then in my shaker I do 4-6 oz of 1% milk and about 2 oz of water. The shake I am making right now is too sweet for me.
But I use ! scoop for every 8 oz of liquid.
Chocolate Whey is yummy right now I am changing it up and tried a vanilla ice cream flavor and it is so good too!0 -
I use Designer Whey Protein shakes and normally do them in a blender bottle. If I work out in the mornings it makes it so much easier to put it in that bottle and shake and drink it on my way to work. I generaly use about a 1/2 to 1 cup of either soy milk (light) or Blue Diamond unsweetened almond milk plus really cold water to fill the bottle to capacity. I can't drink any regular milk but adding it to the water does seem to help with the taste. It does fill me up and I am not usually as hungry in the mornings if I use it after my workout. If I can't do my workout in the morning, and I exercise after work, then I do the protein shake after my workout and before dinner. It helps me to feel full so I don't overeat in the evenings. Good luck! There are a lot of protein products out there, you might have to try some before you find the one that works for you.0

Oh and I only use one scoop of whey protein when I use it. Although I am considering increasing that since most people here say to consume 1 gram of protein for your body weight. Right now I am under that amount so am thinking I need to up it since I workout pretty much everyday.0

1 scoop per serving is adequate..and you don't need to fill the container..I don't enjoy drinking them so I tend to want to get it over with as quickly as possible..lol. Ideally you should have a carb with the protein, so I would suggest 1/2 cup of milk or a small amount of fruit mixed in..with some water to make it your preferred consistency. The other option is 1/2 cup of juice and the powder.0
