How long since you first joined the site did you notice any changes? For me, Ive been on this for about 2 weeks and I thought I lost 3 pounds (that was about a week ago). Now I can't seem to lose any.

Just curious as to when everyone started noticing changes.

I started feeling changes about a month in. The first month was really hard for me because I yoyo-ed a bit thanks to TOM but afterward I noticed small indents of muscle on my arms and my pants being a little looser. Its a great feeling, I can't wait to go pant shopping to see if I actually did. I also noticed mental changes. I want to do more active things like walking.

It's hard to notice things on yourself, so if you don't see any changes focus on something else and before you know it, you'll see changes. You could always take before and after shots to compare too.

I'm just not noticing anything on the scale, and I guess that's whats discouraging me a bit. When I've gotten discouraged before, I've totally given up and i'm scared that it's going to happen again!

3 lbs in 2 weeks is a good healthy rate....u don't want to lose any faster than that....keep up the work, stay above 1200 net and eat clean. IT WILL WORK
