Walking...
Hi everyone, I have been walking/hiking for about 1-2 hours a day lately. Is that good enough exercise to lose weight, or should I be do something else as well? I have access to a gym, but find it rather boring. Love the outdoors. Thanks bunches for any and all input..good luck on everyones journey!

Is losing more inches than lbs good?
Hi Everyone, I just got back from working out. I lost 14.6 inches and 11.2 lbs in the last 30 days. Here is the dilema, my trainer informed me that losing that many inches isn't healthy at all and that my body has gone into starvation mode. Can't workout..scared to gain all the weight
