Does doing the food journal really help??

    It has certainly helped me. I was given some advice a long time ago, "you bite it, you write it." I have kept that in mind so now I so my best to track every day and it really has opened my eyes to what I eat and how badly. So it has been a great help to me. Feel free to friend me if you like.

    Thanks for replying! I am already amazed at how this works..I love that piece of advice..you bite it, you write it. I want to lose about 40 lbs and am having a heck of a time doing it.
