They say eating half a grapefruit is healthy. I just did that and it put me over my sugar for the day. How can it be "good for you" if it contains so much sugar? (87 grams per half) and eating that tiny amount puts you over your sugar intake limit for the entire day?? Im confused. And mad that I ate it lol.
