Can someone please explain which one is better and why? Thanks...btw when and if I eat grains its Country Harvest 12 grain or Country Harvest Veggie Bread (whole grain also). Are these good choices?

Sprouting grains first increases the availability of the nutrients in the grain vs. unsprouted grains.

You can sprout all kinds of grains, seeds, and legumes. I've sprouted quinoa and lentils at home. 12 grain just means that there are 12 grains in the bread (check the ingredients though because there might not be 12!). Based on nutrient availability, sprouted is a better choice, but you might have other considerations when comparing bread ie. Cals, fat
