New here...hello! is walking on the treadmill at a brisk pace the same as walking? I can't seem to find walking on the treadmill in the database

    I have found the same problem. There is a stair treadmill in there. I select that and change the calories to the reading from mine.
    It doesn't really matter as long as you log the correct number of calories.

    Yes. Walking outside is close enough to walking on a treadmill.
