Yummy Dessert Treats...
I just thought I'd share one of my favorite little dessert treats.... :smooched: LF Graham Crackers - any flavor FF Cool Whip Break long graham cracker in half. Spread on cool whip. Wrap in tin foil and freeze. They are healthy and taste A LOT like ice cream sandwhiches!!! YUMMY!!! :drinker:

Is it a problem that I tend to go way over my protein recommendation??? I don't know how I always seem to get in a lot of protein... should I try to cut back?

Problem area...
Does anyone know the best way to tone up the butt, thighs, and legs??? Specifically, the saddle bag area? I have done countless lunges, squats, etc. and I have excepted the fact that I am a "pear" shape and will always have a larger lower half but I at least want to get to the point where I feel okay to wear shorts! 1230 Calories... HELP!
Why is it do hard for me to stick to only 1230 calories? That seems so low. Does anyone have any "fill up" tricks for low calories??? I always feel hungry. Plus, I know if I workout I can have more calories but I still want to go over the recommendation. HELP!!!
