I just thought I'd share one of my favorite little dessert treats.... :smooched:

LF Graham Crackers - any flavor
FF Cool Whip

Break long graham cracker in half. Spread on cool whip. Wrap in tin foil and freeze.

They are healthy and taste A LOT like ice cream sandwhiches!!! YUMMY!!! :drinker:

That will depend on the kind of graham crackers you buy... I think FF Cool Whip is pretty low in cals though and no fat, of course.

These sound fantastic  Especially since one of the "bad" foods i crave most is ice cream sandwiches!

Another great grahm cracker snack is if you spread them with lowfat peanut butter and slice up a small banana on top...low cal...high protein...very filling and tastes great!!

I would say a ball park of 90-100 I figure 70-80 for the grams and 20-30 for the cool whip
