A couple Steve Alten books I like are Meg and The Loch. A Dean Koontz novel I read called Tick Tock was pretty awesome till a little past half way through if they changed it up from there out it would be pretty awesome.

What's your favorite setting for horror movies?
For me I preffer more of wide open settings like abandoned cities or cities in chaos just cause that gives so many different options for the scenes. Hospitals and Asylums are probably number 2 on the list followed by the woods, graveyards/morgues, houses and warehouses/factories.

Best horror-action movie
What would you say is best horror-action movie? I actually have a 3 way tie between Resident Evil, Blade and Underworld, Priest is close bhind though I effing love that movie if I had to choose one Id probably go with Blade.

Favorite horror movie/series?
For me its a toss up between Saw and Resident Evil I lvoe the mind games of the Saw series but love the action (and the zombies of course) of the Resident Evil series, Hostel series was decent the first film was by far the best, The Zombie Diaries is excellent for a non theatrical release series
