Low fat mass %, stop losing weight?
Hello, I just had a fitness assessment at my gym and have a quick question about fat mass. I am 5'8 and am 143 pounds. I did have a goal of 140 and have of course struggled to get those last 3 pounds to disappear. I do cardio and strength training daily to help achieve that goal but am trying to focus on toning and…

Lifting weights can stall weight?
SW : 221 lbs CW : 146 lbs GW : 140 lbs My weight has been yo yo-ing the last 2 weeks between 145-146 lbs, I don't classify it as a plateau just yet as it has only been two weeks but i'm wondering what could be the issue with the stall. Question about net calories
I just wanted to know where it states your net calories.. ( Goal calories : Food - Exercise Calories = Net ) What should you be aiming for for that overall net? My goal calories is set at 1200 daily. Should the net be 1200? Or should it be lower for a deficit to lose weight? Thanks!

Fear of succeeding?
So I have a question. Really opinions on how you all have done it. I started my weight loss journey at the end of Jan 2014. I started eating clean, counting calories and going to the gym 6 days a week , doing cardio and weight training. I cut out dairy and grains and all junk/fried food. Doing that I lost 75 pounds to…

Understanding Maintenance
I am within a few pounds of reaching my final goal. I work out 6 days a week, some days just cardio, some days both weight training and cardio. I don't fully understand maintenance. MFP has me at 1750 calories intake. Do I eat that amount to maintain? Or do I eat back all my exercise calories as well or just half? I don't…

I am sure this is a repeat thread and for that I apologize..but how do you exactly maintain? Is it just eating your recommended daily intake of 1200-1500 calories..or is it eating back half or all of your exercise…

I have been on MFP for several months and to date I have lost 60 pounds.. and although I am not an active poster (due to the fact I am still learning how to lose weight etc and don't have the knowledge to give someone else)...I have read many , many posts and responses on here. What has worked for you? Smacked into a wall called plateau?
Hello, I have been on MFP for quite awhile. I had my goal at 70-80 pounds. I have lost 58 pounds and am about 15-20 pounds away and I think I have hit a plateau or a stall. I had steadily been at the gym 6 days a week mixing cardio and weight training in my workouts and eating clean. I don't eat my exercise calories back…
