Question about sugars & artificial sweeteners while baking
I use artificial sweeteners... yes I know they're not good for you, but at least I use Stevia which is suppose to be natural. Okay I'm lost. Google sucks lol. I want to know how many 8oz cups there are per liter.... Google said 32oz per 1 quart. But it also said 32oz per liter. Which doesn't make sense, because there's 2 quarts in 1 liter. So I guess I'm just wondering, how many 8oz cups are actually in 1 liter.

Ways to keep a young child entertained on an airplane?

Anyone heard of, or tried, this?
There was a nutritionist on Rachael Ray a few days ago who said you could lost 4-9lbs a week, by limiting your sugar to 15 grams a day. I'd LOVE to lost 4-9lbs a week! LOL Jillian Michaels says to have no more than 1,500 of sodium a day, so I changed my settings to that also. Has anyone heard of this or tried this?

I was wondering, if you stay in your calorie goal & you exercise every day, will you still lose weight if you're eating crap foods? Edit: My food diary for today would be a perfect example of what I mean. I do NOT eat like this every day. But I was just curious.

Are your weekly total exercise calories wrong?
Has anyone else noticed that their weekly total calories are wrong? If you look at last Sunday, is it the right amount that you burned total for the week? I burned exactly 5,000 total last week & it's telling me way more than I burned, same for the weeks before that.
