Allergic to dairy & seeds, recipes please =)

"I still need to make a meal for a neighbor church friend that underwent surgery recently. I have no idea what to make. Her family is allergic to all dairy products and seeds. Any ideas, please?"

Not sure, but I know that they can't have tomato sauce even, because of the seeds in it

Tell her to go look around www.foodgawker.com
If she types in 'dairy free' in the search, it will pull up all the recipes that are dairy free.
As far as nuts, she will just have to do some searching through the dairy free recipes, but this site has a lot of great recipes!
