Who's all interesting in starting the 30DS on September 1st?

Don't forget to take before pictures & measurements =) You don't have to post them. I would just take them so I can see a before/after.

    ME! I technically started a few days ago...but I'm not counting Day 1 until I can make it through the first workout....all the way....without taking a break... I'm up to 7 minutes so far :tongue:

    I suggest getting more than one weight... I got 5lbs but they were too heavy for some of the stuff, so I also got 3lbs... Better to switch over to lighter dumbbells when you get tired, than to just not be able to keep doing it at all =)

    I fell off the wagon a bit in august so would like to join for september plus it will go towards the 5000 calories challenge too. Hope everyone did well in August

    I'm in! I've had this dvd for 6 months, and have only done the dvd for maybe 4 days in a row and I stop everytime. This may be the accountability that I need.

    I am in but I am actually starting today!:smile: I have to get weight off! I was so humilated this weekend I went to Kings Island an amusement park in Ohio and I had to cross over on two rides because they couldnt snap :(

    I was so excited when i received the DVDs cause the first time I tried the Shred I was using youtube videos...but alas 2 weeks later it is still sitting next to the computer......I just cant seem to get started so Septermber 1st it is.... I'm was thinking of starting today but I will do Zumba instead and wake up the bones to the idea of exercising since I havent worked out in a while

    Need a mat if you're working on a hard floor... And you also need hand weights. I suggest getting two sets. I started out with only 5lb and when they got heavy i put them down. So i bought 3lbs also, that way then the 5lb get heavy I can use the 3lb, instead of just not using any. =)
