Another beautiful morning in LA. The work on my backyard is almost complete now. I have designated one small area for fitness. I plan to get an exercise mat and do simple warm up exercises on weekends. I did not achieve any of the stated goals for yesterday but intend to work on calories limit and 30 minutes walk today.

I am going through some rough patch in my health but not going to give up. Out of all this I learned one of the biggest observations of my 41 years - all life form is so awesome, so precious and so beautiful. I am quite excited to see LA getting soaked in some water. This definitely means that I will be walking much less but we need rains in LA so bad.
