Best choice at red lobster..?
Anybody know any lower calorie yummy things to eat at red lobster? I'm not picky. I have like a little over 700 calories saved for dinner tonight.

20 lbs by the end of October!
I'm trying to lose 20 more pounds by the end of October! (birthday, it'd be nice to wear a dress) I'll be a little less than 160 if everything goes according to plan :) just looking for friends trying to do the same! I'll add you ^_^ I'm 5'3 and 178 lbs at the moment.

I won some $ to spend at a specific store but I have to use it this week! Should I buy clothes for my goal weight for motivation or should I buy my current size. X number of net calories under weekly goal
I just went back through some past weeks of logging and weekly, a lot of weeks, I've been 1,000+ net calories under each week. This week it was 599 net calories under. Is this bad? I didn't realize how much being under a few calories could add up through the week!
