Best choice at red lobster..?

Anybody know any lower calorie yummy things to eat at red lobster? I'm not picky. I have like a little over 700 calories saved for dinner tonight.

Personally I'd probably get the Wood-Grilled Lobster, Shrimp and Scallops - w/ salad, broccoli for my side and of course the yummy biscuit.

They have a few choices for 600 calories or under. Personally I'd get the snow crab legs. The only bad thing is that the biscuits are 150 cals each so you might need to work a bit off later.

Don't order anything. Just eat the biscuits. All the biscuits. God, I miss those biscuits.

Just FYI, all - I'm in Australia and miss those biscuits like no-ones business. I found this recipe, and it WORK. It really does taste like them.

    Have at it:

    Ingredients:

2 ½ cups Bisquick baking mix

    ¾ cup cold whole milk

4 tablespoons cold butter (1/2 stick)

    ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

1 heaping cup grated cheddar cheese

    Bush on Top:

    2 tablespoons butter, melted

    ¼ teaspoon dried parsley flakes

    ½ teaspoon garlic powder

    pinch salt

    Directions:

    1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

    2. Combine Bisquick with cold butter in a medium bowl using a pastry cutter or a large fork. You don't want to mix too thoroughly. There should be small chunks of butter in there that are about the size of peas. Add cheddar cheese, milk, and ¼ teaspoon garlic. Mix by hand until combined, but don't over mix.

    3. Drop approximately ¼-cup portions of the dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet using an ice cream scoop.

    4. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until the tops of the biscuits begin to turn light brown.

    5. When you take the biscuits out of the oven, melt 2 tablespoons butter is a small bowl in your microwave. Stir in ½ teaspoon garlic powder and the dried parsley flakes. Use a brush to spread this garlic butter over the tops of all the biscuits. Use up all of the butter. Makes one dozen biscuits.

The best choice with Red Lobster is to drive right past the parking lot.

My experience at red lobster was not good, so my best choice is to go somewhere else for lobster.

These are so good. Especially fresh out of the oven. Yum.

I would go with the shrimp scampi at the restaurant.

I order off the daily fresh fish menu, make sure it is grilled. I order with a side of extra steamed veggies, no rice. I eat one biscuit and then put the basket at the opposite end of the table! I also love to add baby shrimp to the salad, always get my dressing on the side and dip my fork tines in it before each bite.
