My hubby found a Polar F4 on clearance at Sports Authority yesterday, marked down to $40. Well, it actually rang up at $24! I really cant believe it. It was the only one this store had, but maybe other stores have them. I just thought I would throw it out there for you guys!

Chest pain while running? Normal?
I am trying to get my sorry butt in shape and doing Couch to 5k. During the running portions I sometimes have pain in my chest, right where my heart is. Should I push through, to hopefully strengthen my heart, or is it dangerous. Does anyone know?

I got a Bowflex heart rate monitor with chest strap. It is regular $129 and was on sale for $39!!! I think it's good all week. It seems to be good, you need to enter all your info sex, age, weight etc. Figured I'd let you all know!

Hi all, I started C25K Monday, do today is W1D3. I started 30 day shred yesterday. I am so sore! Good sore, but not sure if I should push through? I have committed, mentally to suck it up this month and go hard with C25K and shred, but I didn't think I'd be so sore! Any thoughts?

Craving salt?
I don't really crave sweets, but I crave salt ALL THE TIME. Crackers, pretzels etc. Does anyone know what that means? I feel like I'm not satisfied with a meal unless I have something salty with it. Also, I don't actually add salt to my food, just want the chips (cut those out), crackers, pretzels etc. Any ideas?
