I use a coffee matte latte one and it is like 35 cal for 2 tbs...0

Most of those coffee mate creamers have hfcs in them and are loaded with yucky chems. I can't stand the taste of them. I use regular old half and half and add it to my breakfast calories.0

Mini moos are 10 calories for one of the little containers.0

I use regular half and half with stevia added for my morning coffee.0

I use Land O'Lakes fat free half and half...20 cals for 2 tbsp.0

Try the sugar free creamer. It's lower in calories and try and reduce how much creamer you put in your coffee. If you want it a little sweeter still put some splenda in it.0

I used Nestle coffee creamer, the non liquid kind. It's not high in calories. Half and half is good too.
Fat Free Coffee Creamer (Nestle - Coffee Mate)

I actually just bought the Cinnabon flavor creamer. Yes, the calories are high but there is no sodium. I look at it this way..I can burn off the calories, so it's okay. Sometimes I will buy the Fat Free or Sugar Free creamers.0

Almond milk! Original, vanilla, and chocolate flavors! 60-90 calories for an entire glass. So as a creamer it'll hardly be any!0

Great ideas! Thanks.
What are mini moos?0 -

This! I use unsweetend almond milk and stevia. I was really surprised how creamy it is. Unsweetened almond milk is 40 calories a cup, so only 2 1/2 calories a tablespoon.0 -
I second (or maybe third) the almond milk. Also unsweetened soy can be quite creamy but a little more calories. I'm gradually using less and less in my coffee and hoping to be able to go without. I already cut out the sugar (can't stand artificial sweeteners).0
