Any advice for a workout plan? My goal is to tone up/build muscle, I'm preparing for a beauty pageant in late June. My diet is good and clean. It's just the workout plans I'm having trouble with. Please help!!

Can I work out twice in one day?
I was thinking about doing intense cardio (Insanity workout DVDs) in the early morning and then doing weights in the late morning or early afternoon. My body is already used to intense workouts, I just want to know if it's okay or would I just be 'damaging' my muscles and body for working out too much?
