I'm at 125 lbs now, I was at 110 lbs which is my normal weight.
I'm 5'6'' in height

After many people telling me it wouldn't be healthy to getting back at my normal
weight, which could be true I suppose.
So my question, how long until I start seeeing reaults?
I want to tone-up and not jiggle!

I have asthma, so I was thinking about doing Insanity every other day
the days I don't do Insanity, I'll do weights.
And only one cheat day a week!
Would that work?

It's impossible to give you any specifics, as there are too many variables. Even when it happens, you'll likely be the last to see it. If you really want to know that you are making progress, ignore the scale and keep track of:

Athletic ability and goals. You never run out of these and if you are getting stronger and stronger while eating in a basically healthy way, your body will take care of itself.

Actual body measurements, like inches and caliper measurements. The scale is probably the WORST way to judge, as so many factors can affect it, and the body has transitional weight shifts all the time.

If you set yourself up for seeing X result for X time, you are in reality setting a date to give up on yourself. Many people making great progress give up because they don't hit some arbitrary goal, so don't fall into that. This is the long-haul, and treat it like something you will do for the rest of your like.

    Good luck!

110lbs at 5'6" is not "normal" for anyone. That is quite underweight.

If you are interested in looking more toned and fit, lifting heavy weights is the way to do it.

At 5'6" 110 you'll be the total opposite of toned. You'll be VERY thin, I totally agree it's not 'normal', you will lose muscle (including cardiac muscle..ie your heart), your period will likely stop and your bone mass will deteriorate especially if your body is still trying to grow. A teenager is still growing even if they don't get taller btw.
